9-Day Liver Cleanse dose is taken first thing in the morning, before anything else, during its 9-day window — DocTA will confirm the exact start day for your calendar.
Follow each product's directions exactly as written below. All doses are specific to you and your weight.
Shake well before each use. Take 1 oz in 16 oz of spring water, 20 to 30 minutes before each meal. If you experience upset stomach or acid reflux, take 1 teaspoon in 4 oz of spring water instead.

How to prepare your tea:
